The origin of the Carré or Neapolitan

The tradition of the "Carré" or "Neapolitan" comes from the region of Naples in Italy, where the most fashionable houses were in the habit of serving coffee accompanied with a small square of fine chocolate.

Neuhaus has revived this tradition and offers an assortment of 15 different chocolate "carrés"
