Caprice and Tentation
The pralines Caprice and Tentation were created in 1958 for the World Expo in Brussels. Made of nougatine with a fresh cream or ganache filling, these uniquely shaped pralines are now two of our flagship pralines. These delicious recipes are the work of Adelson De Gavre, who was the master chocolate-maker at the time, but it was his son, Pierre De Gavre, who chose their names after a reply by Brigitte Bardot.
