The ingredients
All the ingredients are selected according to their origin, quality and flavour. So, the almonds come from Faro, in Portugal, or California, depending on whether the recipe requires them to be roasted or not. All the nuts are roasted in the Neuhaus factory by the master roaster who controls the process to the very degree and minute in order to achieve optimum flavour.
